  • Close your eyes,
  • Inhale a breath then count slowly to 10 and then exhale.

  • It is better to repeat the cycle 5 times.
  • Stretch your body if you can, however, if you are unable to or in a place with no chance, then just stand up and shake your body.
  • You can add some harmonic music if you wish so. Pleasant music creates calmer surroundings, which make the process of one minute meditation more effective. It activates your mind and helps to develop cognitive abilities. Listening to meditation music rejuvenates you and refreshes your body as well as a mind, which is the greatest benefit of meditation.
